Terms and Conditions

I always meet clients, either in person or via Zoom for a free initial 30 minute consultation.

This takes the form of an informal discussion about your hopes and expectations concerning the outcome of the work we will do together.

Your Investment

It is most important that potential clients understand that a commitment to this work is absolutely essential, both during and outside of the sessions.

The onus is on my supporting you to explore ways of helping yourself. 

The success of the therapy will be dependent upon you taking responsibility for your own ‘healing’ and continuing to practice the techniques we use in your own time.

At the end of each session we will agree on what would be helpful for you to practice, before we meet again.

I will forward you helpful information between sessions should you wish, and you are free to email me if you have any questions.

I will do all I can to support you and encourage you in whichever way I can.

My fees take into consideration the considerable amount of preparation work which goes into each session. I do not charge for basic support between sessions by way of occasional emails, or other messages.

If you are seeking extensive additional support we can discuss additional charges for this.

You will never incur any additional charges without your specific consent to extra work we undertake.

I do not work with clients for less than a minimum of 3 hours as there is very little real and lasting change which can be achieved in anything less than this.

Unless you specifically ask otherwise, this means there are a minimum of three 60 minute sessions. 

All work and approaches will be agreed with your collaboration and consent at all times.

Workshops and classes will be charged individually and these will be advertised in advance with specific details.

Bookings

Please book your appointment at LEAST a week before your Initial Consultation.

I'm happy to put your name down on a waiting list for cancellations for quicker appointments.

Payment

Bank Transfer should be used for payment of a face-to-face or Zoom session prior to your appointment.

For payment of courses/workshops please pay by Bank Transfer to book your space. You will not be added to the event until payment has been made with deposit or full payment as agreed when you contact me directly.

Bank details will be given when you book the appointment/Course/Workshop.

Please Note: Cancellations will be paid in full providing a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.
